Dr. Francisco Flores, MD

The entire experience was about money. This is a business service not a professional medical care establishment. The staff is focused on how you will pay, what your deducible is, etc. 90 of all the interaction there was related to the financial aspects. The 'Dr' saw me for spent not more than 10 minutes the first time and not more than 20 minutes the second time I had a procedure done.'Doctor' Flores looked at a lesion on my arm and just said we will do a scrape to do a biopsy. NO explanation of the process, no explanation of what it could be, NOTHING. It gets worse, the biopsy came back positive for cancer. I scheduled a visit to have a procedure to remove it. When the so called doctor entered he said hello, 'did they tell you how much this will cost you'?Unbelievable! The WORST

This is by far the best medical office I have been to. From the ladies in the front area to the doctors assistants they were great. Very professional and pleasant. Dr.Flores is a great person who makes you feel like being a friend. He's absolutely a great Dermatologist. I got to the office at 2.30pm and was out by 3.30pm. Dr.Flores removed a possible skin Carcinoma in no time at all. I couldn't believe it because I didn't feel anything at all. The office is beautiful and very clean. They have a section with a variety of skin products formulated by Dr.Flores himself. Really fantastic. Congratulations to all of you and thank you. PS. Great coffee

Front desk do an excellent and professional work. They are human not robots, the listen and they care. Assistants, very knowledgeable, easy doing, friendly, and always with a smile. Doctor Flores, AWESOME, he does listen , he care, and he acts. Just a fine gentleman, and a very good doctor. Last but not least everybody in that office is good looking. So if you need a Dermatologist, don’t look anymore, This is the place you should drive miles to go. Thank you again Dyane Lopez. I give them ??

After reading all the reviews it didn't look too good but figured I would give him a try anyway and I am very happy that I did. Got to the office and was greeted by the girl at the desk. Got called into the room and a nurse came in and spoke with me and asked me why I was there and I told her to have a cyst removed. I started talking to her and asking her about a microdermabrasion which she took the time to explain it to me in detail. She was very nice and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Few minutes later Dr. Flores came in and spoke with me and I told him why I was there to have a cyst removed. He had asked me if I wanted to do it right then and I said yes. He was very polite along with two assistants that were in the room also. A lot of people write a review if they have one bad experience people should not do that. Now if you've been there at least three times and every time it's been bad then yes write a bad review. But don't write a bad review if you're having a bad day!

Primera y ultima vez que veo al Dr Flores, fui a mi primera consulta con el y si tardo 5 min fue mucho, totalmente impersonal, desconectado del paciente. Soy paciente con historia de cancer de piel por 25 años y nunca senti tanta indiferencia de parte de mi dermatólogo.

I needed a new dermotologist and made an apptmt w/Dr. Flores for today for myself and my husband. We arrived about 10 minutes early to the apptmt. There were +/- 15 people in the waiting room. The receptionist advised there was only one doctor working. We asked how long is the wait. Response was 20 to 30 minutes. That didn't seem reasonable with the amount people in the waiting area & outside the door waiting to be seen. We left. Have to find a doctor with a well run office, very difficult to locate.

Nunca me voy olvidar del Dr. apenas le dije que acababan de diagnosticar cancer de piel,a mi esposo , lo operó al día siguiente.Siempre estaremos agradecidos primeramente a Dios y segundo al Dr. que dijo esto no es de esperar esto es rápido.gracias mil Dr,Dios lo continué bendiciendo.

Wait time minimal with good direct care.

Visit is short - not much consultation and dr doesn't seem to take concerns very seriously. I have been waiting for a month to hear back regarding concerns and no one will call me back. Will not be going back.

I am very upset and disappointed at this doctor and his staff. I came here 8 years ago to have some cherry angiomas removed with laser. Everything was perfect with the removal no scars and they were professional. Now I am back for the same procedure. This time I was burned with the laser. I have so many burned marks on my legs torso all over my body and nothing was removed. I still have all my cherry angiomas and really bad burns. None of this happened last time, I have no clue what they did this time. I feel robbed, I paid for a service that was not done. Now I have to wait 1 month for another appointment due to none available. This time the doctor walked in and did not even say hello just came in to tell me how much they would charge me. Talk about professionalism.

I am giving 2 stars due to the lack of customer service from the staff. It is a mission to get through to schedule an appointment (hold time is excessive or they just dont pick up the phone). The staff is rude and not friendly at all. They will not try to accommodate you and do not care! My daughter saw Dr. Flores back in November for 5 mins. She's due for her follow up but at this point I am going to look for a different dermatologist.

Went with my 6 year old son, waited over an hour with not one toy or coloring book in the waiting room. I was told "that's how it is here" from the Dr. and nurses. The Dr. literally spent 30 seconds with me and when I wanted to ask a question he was half out the door. He did not make any connection with me or my child who was nervous to be there and just sprayed on his warts (still in the 30 seconds) and didn't even explain to my son what he was doing or telling him that it might hurt.

Prior to today I have always been happy with the service. Today I call to make an appointment and get medication refill. I have been a patient for 4 years. Your staff could not find me in your system and give me an appointment for 30 days later. Not happy at all with the service.

All Dr. FRANCISCO MORALES cares about is seeing as many patients as he can Like a ROBOT not to treat them but just to TAKE MONEY. If you are in need of a real Doctor save your money and time and go somewhere else unless you want a machine-robot to charge you for 2 minutes of his "consultation" He does not take time to really do what a profesional Doctor would do. He does not check your skin or anything like that. He is in rush all the time. He does not answer your razonable questions. He short

The worst care received by a doctor. Is a bratty and arrogant who does not greet the patient. He does not leave you or ask. He does not care about the human being only the money. Take my son twice because he had to keep a fat abscess he said he would in five minutes. When he finally opened it he said he could not do it because he was deep and that makes him a surgeon. But opened it and gave him anesthesia. Do not go to that office. That doctor is not a professional

DON'T COME TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS, THEY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!! PERSONNEL IS RUDE, THEY JUST WANT YOU TO BUY A OFFICE LOTION AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO BE SEEN BY THE DOCTOR!!!

They set up a follow up appointment for my son (6 years old) at 9:30 am and we finally came in at 11:15 am. One and forty five minutes waiting to see the doctor. After that I still waiting for the medicine, they don't answer the phone on the appointment line, or nurse line, or billing line. I call and I leave 4 messages and they don't respond the messages. My son need urgently the medicine and they don't care. Also they pharmacist call them and they hang up the call. Very irresponsible office.

Dr. Flores is AMAZING! However, his office staff is the absolute worst.

Dr. Flores was very impersonal. Did not make me feel welcome as a patient. Was very quick and didn't ask me any questions that was related to what I went to see him for. He was very quick to write a prescription to a medication that some pharmaceutical company wants him to drive sales for. It was a medication that required me to call an 800 number. Overall it was ridiculous. I was in and out of the exam room within 5 minutes!
