Lacks Competence
The reviews posted seem to come from his practice, as they are dated. I have visited this Dr. with my father, and he is a very pleasant man, very talkative, interacts well with his patients. However, as a doctor he leaves a lot to be desired. Every time my father has visited him, he has asked my father to lose 10lbs by his next visit, which is lunacy. Such a request can be considered malpractice, though I understand that as a person you take the advice, and do as you may but, in this case, you are addressing a person that is in his 70's. The message that the patient is receiving is different than what the doctor is conveying. I personally do not think he is very competent and have asked my father to change but my father loves the fact that doctor Cebollero is engaging. Having said this I would ask the doctor to refrain from giving bad advice and to study the history and genealogy of that patient, not just the last 10 years. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Excellent quality healthcare from an extremely knowledgeable doctor with an equally high regard for his patients' well being. Very considerate and will not rush the time spent with him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cebollero for the last 3 years. Dr. Cebollero work ethics are exceptional, very professional, efficient and effective. His demeanor towards his patients is one of compassion with a can do attitude of gratitude. I highly recommend him as a highly qualified MD.
