Dr Carreras ordered a colonoscopy for me even though I had done previous colonoscopies and colorguard tests indicated I wouldn’t get colon cancer. Guess what? They found polyps and removed them. They were benign, but if not removed they could eventually lead to cancer at an older age. He’s a great doctor! Thank you, Dr Carreras!

Dr. Francisco Carreras-Miranda is an extremely intelligent young physician with a natural bedside manner that just can't be taught. Every appointment starts with a warm 'hello' and followed by the necessary uninterrupted doctor/patient interaction that so many physicians deprive patients of. He is thorough, patient, and an undeniably skilled diagnostician with solutions and answers to patient health issues and concerns. Dr. Carreras is exactly the kind of doctor anyone could hope for as their primary care physician.

He is a very caring doctor he listens to his patience and he does everything he can to fix your problem would highly recommend him.

Absolutely love this doctor. He listens and truly tries to help you without belittling you. He offers suggestions and if it’s a med your insurance doesn’t cover, tell him he isn’t a mind reader. He will adjust to help you financially. He was with me through my entire bout with Covid and he and his staff checked on me constantly and offered their advice to navigate through this scary situation.

He is exceptional. He listens and doesn’t talk down to you. By far the best doctor I’ve had in Citrus County.
