Had a virtual visit. She was very quick to end the appointment and then never sent in my prescription.

Had a virtual visit and she asked a total of 3 questions then prescribed me medication. Couldn’t see her face on the video she only had her forehead showing. She also asked me my job and once I told her asked how my work makes their money. It was really weird. She seemed to be judging me. Would not recommend.

Doctors are supposed to be compassionate and helpful. I made a telehealth appointment desperately one night. I had been suffering from insomnia. I explained everything I was going through. She barely listened to me, her responses were judgmental, and her questions were contentious. She said, and I quote, “Dogs running above you are not a good enough excuse to be prescribed a sleep aid” I couldn’t believe some of the things coming out of her mouth. I was tired, stressed, and she dismissed everything that I was saying. It wasn’t until I told her that my insomnia was contributing to my depression, and it was then and only then when she said she would prescribe me something until I saw my doctor. After asking her, would the prescription be ready once I got off work at a particular time, she said yes and ended the call. Two days later, she finally wrote the prescription up, but by that time, I had already seen a better doctor who started me on medication immediately.

Waited on her Amwell video visit then she transferred me to someone else. Does not seem to care for patients.

My experience was great! I've been dealing with terrible sinus issues, I also have several allergies that Dr's usually don't like to bother with. But; Dr. Onuoha was very patient and understanding to my issue's, I wish I was closer to her to have her as my primary care.

She was very easy to work with and helpful.

Dr Onuoha was polite and as helpful as someone could be over a telehealth visit. I would request her again!

Dr. Onuoha is ill-mannered and terribly rude. I requested an appointment to discuss bronchitis symptoms such as green mucus and severe chest congestion. She made several references that I was lying about my symptoms ("Oh you must smoke?" or "You sure you aren't pregnant?" I WILL NEVER BOOK an appointment with livehealth online or her again. I rather wait in a doctor's office to receive adequate service than to be mistreated.
