Nice people. Poor organization
Can’t say enough how friendly Dr. Croke and his staff are. Getting any type of paperwork processed for referrals and such is a disaster. Seeing very large stacks of files all over their office should have been an indicator for me. I also believe Dr Croke will be retiring or selling his practice in the next few years. If your looking for a new PCP, I recommend going elsewhere.

I have been with Dr.Croke since I was 18 years old, now 34. He has an issue listening to his patient's concern or down right dismisses them. It took him years to diagnose me with Hypothyroid disease even though I've told him countless time of the symptoms (In the end I did have the disease and still have side effects) . His staff DO NOT write down what the appointments are and can be very rude depending on their day. The appointments are very rushed and Dr.Croke will only listening to some of your concerns. I have spent years fighting with him about my health. He might be good others who will just take his words as truth. I'm looking for a new doctor now since my last appointment 7/30/21 was terrible. We'd spent 5 minutes trying to figure out what type of doctor and prescription given to me because his staff didn't write it down. Also this is a common issue with Dr.Croke, he doesn't write everything down and his suggestions can come from loss weight or nothing at all.

Very caring and dedicated doctor. He’s extremely patient and explains everything in plain English. I always feel like I’m in good hands with Dr. Croke. I’ve been a patient of his for twenty years. He’s always been spot on with his diagnosis. The staff could use some polishing.

Dr. Croke is a nice man. He has little control over his staff and does not monitor the staff's interactions with patient's. They screw up on filling out forms for the bloodwork you need making it necessary to return for blood work twice, almost every time it is required. They do not keep accurate records and don't even know what prescription drugs they have prescribed for you on previous visits. The staff is not only incredibly rude and unmonitored but they are incompetent and basically left "home alone" in this office. The Doctor himself has a broad and well informed knowledge of general medicine and I believe he intends to do a good job for his patients but as an office manager and selector of staff, he is not excelling at this stage of his career. HIs staff consistently screws up on prescriptions and does awful record keeping. HIs staff does not take responsibility for their actions or communicate well or effectively with patients.

No one can read his handwriting. Both the pharmacy and hospital had to call the office for clarification on his orders. Wait time is minimum 30 minutes. The office is dingy like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's.
