Dr. Francis Almeda, MD

Dr. Almeda took wonderful care of my mother when she was hospitalized for her heart attack as well as her post hospital care in his clinic. He is attentive, caring, knowledgeable and professional. It’s the care you want for your parent. I highly recommend Dr. Almeda as a cardiologist whether it’s for yourself, a friend or a family member. To add, the overall care she received from the staff at Ingalls was exceptional. It’s the kind of health care we all deserve and look for. Thank you Dr. Almeda!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Almeda’s for nearly 20 years and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Dr. Almeda has saved my life several times and luckily he was in the hospital when I had my first heart attack and throughout the ordeal Dr. Almeda was very calm and assertive. I thank him for his care and at my appointments it’s never rushed and he answers all my questions. If you’re looking for a good cardiologist, I definitely would recommend Dr. Almeda

New patient, second time in the office, visit was for follow up after tests, 45 minutes sitting in the waiting room, total time spent with him in the exam room - 3 minutes. Did not explain anything about test results, just said nothing wrong. $3000 for tests and that was the explanation. Wants a follow up visit in 4 months, if nothing is wrong why a follow up visit? Would not recommend this Dr.

Dr. Francis Almeda is very kind and through, he has been my cardiologist for over 15 years and I trust his with my life. In 2020 he referred me to a great surgeon who preformed a life saving procedure on me and for that I am forever grateful. I recommend Dr. Francis Almeda to everyone looking for a great Cardiologist.

Dr.Almeda is very thorough. My initial tests didn’t show a problem but he administered additional tests which identified the problem. He referred me to an excellent surgeon for life saving procedure. If you’re in need of a good cardiologist, you should consider Dr. Almeda. He cares for his patients, listens to concerns, and answers all questions you might have. The wait time may be long at times but he takes time with each patient as needed. He’s worth the wait!

The worst experience I ever had at at physicians office my first appointment was canceled the day of and I had to wait a month to get in when I finally got to my appointment I was left sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours ridiculous. Although the nurse was pleasant I was to annoyed to make small talk, after my vitals were taken I had to wait another 30 min to see Dr. Alameda. WROST EXPERIENCE EVER I WILL NOT RETURN

Was doctor on call...literally saved my life...excellent manners precise in his explanations answered all my questions and concerns...I have recommended him to my friends....

I went for a checkup without noticeable symptoms. Dr. Almeda found a heart flutter and immediately got me admitted to the hospital. I had an ablation procedure to stop the flutter. I was uncertain about going into the hospital immediately. Dr. Almeda's insistence that prompt action was needed may have saved my life. I am very grateful to him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Almeda for several years. He has always been consistent and caring in the way he has attended to me as a patient. His bedside manner is most commendable. Since he has taken good care of me over the years, I recommended him to my daughter and to my husband. I hope they are just as satisfied and happy to have him as their cardiologist. Time will tell.
