My initial appointment was scheduled over 2 months out. The day before my appointment, the office called and cancelled. The next soonest appointment was scheduled 1 month out. The day before my rescheduled appointment, the office called and cancelled again pushing my appointment an additional month. No apology or offer to find a more reasonable solution. Four plus months is not a reasonable time for a new patient to wait to see a PCP.

I was a patient of Francine Yep for many years before she moved to this practice. I was comfortable going to the other location, so did not move with her to this new location. Several visits to the physician to whom I was reassigned reminded me how much I'd treasured care from Dr. Yep. She is very thorough and caring. She treats the whole person! On my last visit, she did testing which should have been done by the other doctor, who displayed a lack of concern. Dr. Yep is great!
