This guy is pretty bad, I'd go see another general surgeon if you're here doing some research. I was referred to him by my urologist with a SPECIFIC diagnosis.When I saw him, not only did he ignore what my urologist said, but he dismissed it completely. He ordered me an MRI to confirm, which of course proved him WRONG. Not only that,but when I was asking questions about my diagnosis, he seemed very uninterested, and I got the vibe that he wanted to get me out of there quick. Such a terrible exp!

I absolutely recommend Dr Bianco to anyone and there is nobody else I will allow to operate on me. In April of 2015 I was transferred to UIC from a hospital in Indiana where I had been after complications from a gastrectomy. I was extremely septic and had pneumonia on top of it and Dr Bianco saved my life! I ended up being at UIC from April-Oct and Dr Bianco was by my side every step of the way. I can't say enough how grateful I am to him. He is an amazing surgeon but he also cares and it shows!
