Dr. Verratti made me feel at ease since the first handshake. After years of struggling with multiple quick fixes by other dental providers that didn’t get me anywhere she was the one to recommend a full teeth replacement. My teeth were loose and I had constant bad breath despite being a regular patient with deep cleanings, flossing, and brushing multiple times a day. She showed me my xrays and explained how the issue was my gum and bone disease. She did a magnificent job and put implants. I followed her instructions and had minor discomfort. I now eat everything and I am not afraid to smile. She is approachable and understood my concerns.

I just had a major surgery done by Dr. Verratti in December, she extracted all my hopeless teeth, removed infections and placed long inplants that go to my cheek bones. Before her I was in pain for over 24 months and had gone to multiple dentist and even other oral surgeons before her, they all said nothing but dentures could be done. Dr Verratti took the time to explain my condition, my options, and gave her recommendations. I felt cared for and trusted her expertise.

I absolutely love Dr. Veratti! She is an absolute perfectionist with extraordinary attention to detail and professionalism. At the same time she has a wonderful sense of humor that puts you at ease. She explains everything she is doing and makes certain the procedure is painless. She is a special and rare doctor. Believe me, you would be fortunate to have her operate on you. Great experience!! Dr. Verratti removed my son's wisdom teeth. We had an initial consult, then the procedure several weeks later. During the consult she was pleasant and professional. The day of the procedure, she never spoke to me. My son was taken back to the room, and she was not there. I was escorted out, but not before I saw her tech knock some instruments to the ground, pick them up, and put them back on the table (not taken to be sanitized!). 45 minutes later, I'm sitting in the waiting room, and Verratti is talking to the staff at the counter about her new baby and difficulty losing weight. She had time for a 5 minute conversation with the staff, but never came out to address me, never updated me on my son, nada. 4 days later, my son had an issue with one of the sites, and I was told by the Sage office that she was not onsite that day, and unreachable, not even a call back. (I did get another dentist with Sage to take a look at his tooth.)
