I first give him a good remark,but after reading reading the completely wrong inconsistency he written on my chart is completely not true. He cause me to sit in a room for 2hrs. He knows I have came frequently for help with my back pain. Just because I asked for opoids for my pain. He written a completly wrong report saying I took 8 oxycodone tablets in 24hrs from another Doctor,a flat out lie! I never taking that many opoids in my life time in 24hrs even though they was prescribed to me. I was prescribed 6 oxycodon tablets from MUSC around the 6th of March 2025,I seen him I think around the 10 of March,but still had two oxicodone tablets left. I knew I would be out without a prescribing Phsycian. So I went to the Er in Cheraw to ask him for a few more until I can see the spine Doctor Willis Edward's in Florence SC. So he said let me check something and I stayed in that room another 2hrs. Then he sends a man nurse to tell me he couldn't help me that night. Unlike him,this nurse was .

He said that ovarian cyst do not hurt.
I have had so much stuff happen because of this Doctor. I avoid the ER at Cheraw as much as I can because of him and another doctor. This last time he said that ovarian cyst do not hurt, even though I was hurting and had a copy of my ultrasound. One time I went because I had a sore place on my leg. According to him it was a 'bruise'. We immediately left and went to another ER. It was an abscess that had to be landed and drained.
