No bedside manner whatsoever. Scared before having a procedure done and she never showed empathy or communicated to explain what was happening. Never apologized for causing pain.

10 days for test results
Took 10 days to get test results. I called and left messages repeatedly. No response, ended up going to urgent care. DO NOT RECOMMEND

No Respect, No Professionalism!!! Never going Back
I have never seen a Doctor walk in 45 minute late and not start by say, "I'm sorry." We got there 15 minutes early to respect her time and fill out the paperwork needed as a New Patient. She didn't respect us at all. I've been in Doctor's offices where they walk in late and immediately apology!! It's just a way to show RESPECT!! Even after that, it took 5 phones calls just to get the notes applied to MyCityofHope Chart for the visit and it was 10 DAYS LATER when we finally got the notes!!! So disappointed!!! We chose Dr. Kai Dallas and at the last minute were switched to Fornati Bedell. Wow, what a disappointment!!! I don't want others to feel the disrespect and the lack of Professionalism we have felt as New Patients in City of Hope!!!

Very Competent
Dr. Bedell listens and makes suggestions. She does not give up when a problem is bothering you. She continues to make suggestions and listens.
