Dr. Floyd Richard, MD

I came to the hospital to get evaluated just in case (my doctor's office sent me) and he made me feel like an idiot for coming in the first place. I wanted to be safe rather than sorry and I have never been made to feel so humiliated for just wanting to make sure my baby was safe. I would not recommend seeing this doctor again. He acted as though he knew what was going on in my body better than I did, as if he knew what it was like to be pregnant or anything more than what the monitor was telling him. Didn't even occur to him that it was maybe placed wrong, he just assumed I didn't know my own body. Worst bedside manner I've ever encountered.

The Best GYN Doctor. Dr.Richard is very Patient and caring and listen.Has the best Bedside manners????..Gets to the root and cause of your issue. Highly Recommend Dr.Richard.

He's a great listener, he's very caring, and he's the best doctor I've had. So that's why I have sent half of my family and friends to him they all have said good things thats why we still use him as our doctor.

DR. FLOYD Richard used to be a wonderful Doctor, he does not listen when a patient tries to tell him how they are feeling and you know your own body, he used to care I use to brag on him not anymore. People know their bodies just listen. I could have been ok if he had of listen, but he didn't. Just because you're the Doctor does not mean anything. this is my body and I know it very well. Is it now just all about money or what, what about the patients who trust you with their bodies and helping them? You just rush them out the door!! How would you want to be treated put yourself in other people shoes? I could of not went through what I went through if you had of listen earlier when I told you my symptoms I was having, but you didn't listen, you acted like this was your body. Look what I had to go through!!!!!!!! We are patients who trusted you. The key word is to LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!

I have been Dr. Richard's office patient for approximately 20 years. He is an excellent GYN, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Always timely, listens to my needs, and makes me feel comfortable each visit.

Dr.Richard help my family in a difficult time during her illness at a young age.He listen to us and recommend us to the right Physician that helped my daughter.I am ever Grateful for this Great Caring Dr.Richard ,God Bless You !

I had my son Stephen delivered by Dr. Richard in 2010. All through my pregnancy my Dr visits were fast and great. He is one of the best there is!

I have been going to this doctor for yrs now since my first child was born in 2010... I love him and and wouldn't go to no other doctor for nothing...

I'm very Blessed and Thankful that I went back to Dr.Floyd for my D&C today, it went very well with no problems. I was a little nervous but when I went to Centennial Surgery Center and all the nurses was Awesome and made me feel comfortable and my hubby was happy that they took good care of me. Dr.. Richard is an excellent OB, I only have one child, but was diagnosed as a HIGH RISK patient due to some infertility issues prior to pregnancy. Needless to say I was always calling in with issues, bt Dr. Richard as well as his staff always handled issues in a professional manner. He followed up with all request to contact me. He always checked on me for all hospital visits, overall a great doctor..My daughter is now 22, and to this very day I still see Dr. Richard first, He's awesome!

This office was out dated he is still using paper charts. While in the office a patient chart was missed placed the staff was unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. During my visit a intern was brought in to my exam with my consent. The exam room was so small my husband had to move his chair so the doctor could have space to complete the exam. The room was also dirty the blinds were broken allowing people to see in from the street. I felt uncomfortable. My labs were also screwed up tech error

I love Dr. Richard; he has a great attitude, professional staff, and I always felt comfortable and supported. If I could afford 10 babies, I would go to Dr. Richard for each and every one. All joking aside, he is a great doctor who gave me a lot of confidence as a first-time mom, and was always able to make me smile!
