In 2016, I visited Dr. Jernigan with heart palpitations. He quickly diagnosed me with Afib & prescribed a blood thinner and Beta blocker. 2.5 days later I felt like my heart was about to stop. At Providence ER I was put on a heart monitor for 6+ hours. The doctors said my heart rate is very slow and I should never take a Beta blocker. I changed doctors, but recently discovered that Jernigan also added several health issues to my chart that were never even mentioned to me.
