Followup appt was schedule for allergy testing. When I arrived she started testing me and then advised me they didn’t call my insurance ahead of time to get approval and I could get stuck with over $1000 bill. She told me my doctor should have called my insurance so I asked aren’t you my doctor.? Never going back

I total agree with the prior ratings. It's a very strange office. My first appointment was 3 hours long. I was moved from room to room with mostly down time. My next appointment lasted and hour and a half with very little progress to help my tight throat and stuffy nose. The doctor doesn't listen to my symptoms and insists on my using a nasel spray which causes me to have ear infections. I've called the office twice and left two voicemails to cancel my appointments with both the allergist and endocrinologist and yet I'm still getting emails and mail regarding my appointments. Find another doctor will help you and not waste your time.

Dr. Neagu kept asking me the same question as if she was not listening & was more concerned about typing. She explained things poorly and I had to ask her to explain things several times. She recommended lab tests and drugs. She never ordered the lab tests until I called the office . I called twice before she sent the prescription for the drug I was to start after my visit.

Best advice would be to find a different allergist. Very unprofessional office. Nurse injured my vein while giving me allergy shot. Called office but of course no return call. Had to go to ER after I was unable to move. Still having issues . This Dr is terrible.

I liked her and found her to be concerned. I was there for medical testing because I had an allergic reaction and nearly died and EMT save me so need to know what caused my anaphylaxis.Dr. Neagu said she could test me for the drug and scheduled me for 2 weeks out, BUT I had to get the drug myself and bring it to her and if the pharmacist didn't have it (she gave me a script) then I could shop around or ask my PCP to sell it to me. I thought this was out of the ordinary if not unethical that I would have to bring her the drug to be injected into me. If she is an allergist, then like other allergist why can't she order the drug to her office? I have never heard of such a thing and think it is not protocol that the patient brings the drug to be injected to the office.

I am waiting for my daughter's results, call multiple times, left 3 vm, nobody ever gets back to me.This is second time this happening.Never experience anything like this.

Effective Efficient on time - the office is one of the most efficient Doctors offices I have ever been to.
