totally inept. afraid to give prescriptions. gave a 'prescription' - i gave it to the pharmacist - he told me it was an ' over the counter ' medicine for constipated children. i was to use it for a plugged ear ? i was to get a yearly physical - with no lab work done or ordered. i could go on !

I've been with this practice for years. I've always had great care. Went for my annual refills and my Dr was no longer there, no one told me. Dr Cruz walked in, was not friendly, I understand, I'm on many RX. She finished, asked if I needed anything. I'm pushing 70. I was in excruciating pain that would not stop. I made the mistake of being honest with her because as soon as I confided in her she abruptly told me she could send NO MORE THAN 10 pain pills! I never asked for them. At that point I got quiet and kept to myself. I'll never again trust this young lady to be understanding. It's best to just be quiet. Dr M never treated me this way and if she had taken a minute to look at my chart she would have seen I'm not a pill seeking patient. Now the damage is done. I'm trying to be positive and understanding. The office is different now. Atmosphere is cold and distant. That's ashamed. I was so happy with all of them. Now I'm just another number. I'll continue to try. God bless.

I can recommend this magnificient Dr. Floridalia Cruz to any patient. She is that kind of Doctor so hard to find nowadays; taking the right care for each one who asks for her services. May God Bless her knowledge and continúe to help her to help others.
