Not professional
Difficult to receive information; doesn't take time with you; not professional; not someone who invests in your health. I would steer clear of this doctor.

I can see that the negative reviews are associated with the group she is affiliated with, appointments and similar. It seems that many doctors recently have no choice but affiliating to groups for they are providing the technology that is very much in demand by state and federal laws. Most of the times is no fault of the doctor. But as far as competency, experience, friendliness, Dr. Florence Barricelli is a top notch doctor as was her father Dr. Luis Barricelli. Her personal staff is competent, friendly. One must distinguish the doctor from the performance of the group administration. I am not going to write about the improvement needed by the group administration. I will wait.

I’ve been going to Dr. Barricelli for at least 20 years. Eight years ago, she saved my life by insisting I go see a particular doctor about suspected cancer. She was correct. If I had continued on the same course of treatment, I would not be here right now. But, that’s not the only reason I would give her five stars. Her attention to detail, personal interest in my well being, and warm bedside manner make her the epitome of a great doctor.

I cannot believe these negative reviews. I have used Dr Barricelli for nearly 30 years and I know many others who use her. Never has she been rude, not taken care of our needs or been negative in any way. She has been right on with difficult diagnosis; she demonstrates caring and concern for my health. Additionally she responds quickly to calls when necessary and she has helped me with several difficult problems. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment but there are only so many appointments in a day and I believe that is because many people like her help. Thank you Dr Barricelli

The first time I met with Dr. Barricelli was for an annual Wellness visit and the opportunity to decide if she will be my PCP. She entered the room with a friendly smile, spoke in a soft, calm manner, creating a relaxed/comfortable visit. Instantly I knew I made the right decision. Dr. Barricelli takes her time, answers questions, a patient doesn't feel rushed. She addresses a patient's concerns by personally responding to their phone call, which makes a patient feel confident a message wasn't relayed through a 3rd party. My trust/confidence in her expertise is beyond what words can say. I am very happy to be one of her many patients. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, concerned, highly skilled professional. Her techs are wonderful and all the women working at the check-in/out reception. How many can say going to a doctor's office was a great experience! I can, this place is exceptional.

This Dr. Baricelli and her office staff are extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I've had more issues scheduling with this office than I can count on my hands and toes and have been dismissed multiple times for very serious symptoms. I'm not sure why any of these people are in the "healthcare" profession when none of them seem to care about the patients. Stay away - I have advised all of my family and friends the same. I hope this saves someone else from a terrible experience.
