Recent upgrade in insurance (To Medicare Advantage/United Healthcare), listed my current Dr. associated with Camino Health Center by name and medical group (Monarch) directly on my new card. Had all my lab work done based on my doctor's lab orders (Dr. Firozeh S. Gruber whom I have seen for years) and then waited weeks upon weeks to see the Doctor for a long overdue physical. Even went to the Doctor's office weeks in advance to provide my new insurance card and have it registered, to pick up the lab order and schedule my appointment. Then 10 minutes before my actual appointment for the long overdue checkup, I am called by the Doctor's office telling me they will not accept my insurance and have therefore cancelled my appointment. As I needed to see the doctor long ago for several issues, I asked how else I could pay. Dr. Gruber's office even refused to let me pay by credit card or cash. The same Doctor has now refused 3 times to refill a blood pressure prescription she wrote.

One of the unorganized doctor that i have ever seen, my mom appointment was at 1:00 and she just show up at 1:50 and her nurse discourteous told us she is always behind and you can change your Dr. instead of any apologies
