Dr. Firdous Siddiqui, MD

I was hospitalized for severe nausea. I was also having a very low hemoglobin. She came in for a consult and ordered a CT scan. It was done promptly and results were back the next morning, but she didn’t come in to read or discuss it for three days while I sat with abdominal pain and a hemoglobin so low I required a blood transfusion. I hope I don’t have to go to Beaumont Hospital for fear they will send her in again!

Long wait list for an appointment. Long wait time during the appointment. Long waits for phone calls to be answered. Literally no one calling me back when I left messages. Long wait for results. I still haven't received them over a month later. Please please please same yourself the time and frustration and go with literally anyone else.

Long appointment waits. Long wait list to even get an appointment. I don't know why every time I call, it takes forever to get an answer. I don't know why I'm waiting for over a month for my results. Whole process was frustrating.

I was seen by Dr. Siddiqui a handful of times and each time I had to wait well beyond the scheduled appointment time, sometimes over an hour late. To put it lightly, I do not believe she accurately assessed my situation. After a lot of time in pain and more than a few hundred dollars wasted, I was able to speak to some other physicians who were able to diagnose and treat my condition. I'm now pain free and on the road to recovery.

My colonoscopy procedure was performed my Dr. Siddiqui and were given medications which do not seem to be working. The explanation of my diagnosis was very very brief and rushed. The staff is extremely rude and I could not get a call-back for two weeks, regarding a vitamin prescription. The doctor stated, she did not even have a record of the prescription she'd prescribed me. I was asked, "what medication did I give you,"Upon my request for my medical records, I was given an abundance of inaccurate information regarding procedures that I had not had.

Doctor was very rude to me, and did not address my actual issues or explain what would be happening during my procedure I had to ask the lady at the front desk. Every time I call up there to get any information I'm put on hold for 20 minutes and most of the time when I call I get a voicemail. The lady downstairs who draws blood/ takes stool samples (named paula) was very rude and actually yelling at the patients. I asked for a corporate number to report my experience and was told they are a private practice and the only person I can talk to is the doctor, who was very rude and short with me. After I get my procedure done I will be going to a different doctor. If I didnt already have to wait so long I would just have a different doctor do my procedure but I've already waited 3 months to get into Dr. Siddiqui, just to be disappointed with the entire appointment. Most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to. Not only that but my appointment was at 930 am and I didnt leave till 1.

I have been seeing Dr. Siddiqui for over 4 years now, I switched to her from another Physician and do not regret that decision. She is always kind, patient and allows me to have input into my care plan. I would definitely recommend her to family or friends!

I was very impressed by the facility, the doctor and the entire staff. Everyone was very pleasant and showed a compassionate attitude. I will recommend this doctor to anyboby.

Courteous and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she values taking care of her patients over making money.

The doctor seems to care about her work....however I will not be returning. The doctor called me and told me I needed medication for an infection that I have which has caused me to have a very poor quality of life. I have had to call her office three times since then trying to get this medication which I still have not obtained. The front desk staff said they were really busy...and it will be called in at the end of the day. Well that is unacceptable...do not go here unless you want to suffer
