She makes you wait for hours after your appointment time. Yes hours EVERY time as she talks with staff members about loving chocolate, new hair styles and what her upcoming plans are. Your time is not important to her ever. We could understand once but we have had to schedule with her in offices and for proceedures and she will stand right in front of you talking about herself.

I could not be happier with her service...
Dr. B has been my eye specialist for several years and recently repaired a retinal tear and a cataract surgery in one OR procedure. During a post-op exam the next day, the new lens shifted out of place, warranting immediate follow-up action. To avoid sending me 20 miles back to the Peabody OR with only one eye the next day (during Blizzard2022!), she consulted with other staff and came up with an innovative solution that was completed before I left the clinic. This caring action saved me from further anxiety and distress, and expedited my recuperation at home during the storm. She has always been cordial, patient, professional and compassionate with me, and eager to explain every detail and available option for my care. Strange as it may seem, I am actually looking forward to having her perform my other cataract surgery later this year!!! I could not be happier with her service and I have complete confidence in her professional knowledge and abilities

"Hurry home before the numbing drops wear off, but go slow because the pain will come back and you can't see". This is what this doctor told me while rushing me out of her office, after damaging my cornea while doing a simple glaucoma pressure test. Unless you want to come out blind and in so much pain you end up in the Emergency Room, don't go to this doctor. That is what happened to me. They even managed to transfer an infection into the other eye as well. Stay away from this doctor.

She was rushed, unfriendly, and became easily frustrated and rude when questions were asked.
