Type 1 diabetic for 26 years
I've had diabetes for 2/3 of my life. With that being said I have seen handfuls of endocrinologist. Dr. Fernando Melaragno is one of my favorites. I see him at the Lecom successful aging. My appointments are in and out. He listens and cares about his patients. I've seen other reviews saying they didn't get their insulin for 2 weeks.. why would they wait that long? Sure some doctors are busy and might forget to have one of the nurse assistance call in that day but I've never experienced that cause I was intelligent enough to understand how many patients he sees on a daily basis. Greg his minimed advocate is awesome! I respect Dr. Fernando Melaragno and his staff. I'll continue to see him and his awesome staff.
