Dr. Fernando Carballo, MD

Dr. Carbello is a great doctor. He answered all my questions. He explained my health conditions to me. He was very polite and patient. I would recommend that others visit this doctor. He's very knowledgeable and have wonderful other staff that works with him. Everyone, I spoke with was remarkable. The best experience I have ever had, when it comes to a doctor. If you go to this doctor for your care. You won't be disappointed. Thanks

He was rude, rushed, unfriendly, sarcastic, and disregarded a medical need that I had prior to procedure. He didn't seem to want any questions, and acted like he knew everything. Made inaccurate assumptions. I would never choose to see this arrogant doctor again.

The doctor was clear and helpful in discussing the issue.

The provider was very nice but not prepared for my visit. It was clear he hadn't reviewed my chart.I had very specifically set up this appointment with my primary GI PA to go over results AND specifically discuss a hematology referral pending my results. This doctor wasn't comfortable doing that and I had no prior relationship with him....but it made this visit pretty useless as my letters and treatment recommendations could have been put in the portal. While I understand him not wanting to step on my GP's toes, now I also have to set up and pay for a visit with her in order to take next steps in my anemia when that was the whole reason I had this appointment

First of all he truly never listened to what I had to say. He never addressed the hole problem with what is going on with me. The only thing he kept saying is I eat like every American out there. Just what does that have to do with anything that is going on with my health?

He was so rude, he should not be in this field. No one should have to be treated so rudley, I should of cancelled on the spot. He never covered my body up and left me in the recovery room with no instructions.

He was incredibly rude, this was an initial appointment and he didn’t make any introductions and just seemed all around unfriendly. He seemed super rushed, disregarded symptoms & questions, was rude about my wifi not working and having to reconnect (which was super simple and took a split second), insanely condescending, will never be going back to Dr. Carballo and I would never recommend anyone toward him. I’ve been waiting for months to get to MNGI & for someone to help my problems and this appointment was insanely disappointing and all around a let down.

My visit didn't occur because the doctor cancelled it 20 minutes beforehand. I find this very unprofessional - my appointment may have been triaged, but there was no regard for how hard it was to make even this appointment as the clinic is booked through August. Conversely, office staff was considerate and courteous in attempting to reschedule.
