If could give them 0 stars I would. My issues ranged from the office staff changing my appointment time several times without asking my permission (simply a text msg), and then on the day of the appointment, they opened the office 30 minutes late which meant I was on time waiting in my car and they were late with no apology, and I still had to wait, when I was the only patient (poor time management) at that time. On that same day, I had to fill out paperwork twice because the receptionist was incompetent and the newest receptionist is rude. Additionally, on the day of my appointment, I was charged upfront fees for my service, which I promptly paid but never received a detailed receipt of the services rendered and they knowingly overcharge me. My portion should have only been $74.21 but they charged me $175.81 and have refused to issue a REFUND. would stay away from this business, if you don't want to waste time or get cheated .

Broke my foot a month ago. I still haven't made it past the diagnosis stage. My MRI was delayed twice and both times the imaging company contacted me the day before and stated that they haven't received the necessary documents from her. The only way I was ever able to contact her was by email or simply showing up to the office in person. Neither of these ways works for the imaging company. In the end it took OVER MONTH to get the scans I needed and and i walked around with a broken foot in a walking boot waiting to get it in a cast. She's a nice woman, but I would never return to her.

I tried to leave a lengthy negative review and ran out of space so I submitted it and wrote a con't piece for the next part of my review. I'm afraid I did not submit it correctly - not giving it a star of any kind. The experience was terrible, long waits, lots of attitude, slow processing of paperwork and aggressive angry gesturing. I'm highly condensing what I wrote that I'm afraid didn't submit properly since I am very tired. Just be careful . . .it seems anything that seems good is merely a facade.

Dr Pierre is an excellent doctor. She has great bedside manners. I like the fact that she takes time to answer al your concerns. I've gone to several podiatrists and was given wrong diagnosis, she got to the root of the problem as to why I was experiencing nerve pain in my foot.
