Abusive, wildly unprofessional, cruel
Telehealth
Did not look at me, lectured me about unrelated item, I had to beg to speak at my one appointment. Did one test, left a nurse to deliver bad news. No follow up, no plan of care, no additional discussion for an agonizingly chronic, painful condition.

Personable, professional GI physician
Very nice space, pleasant desk people, short wait. Dr. Schnall-Sussman is an excellent GI doctor. I have a lifetime of gastrointestinal problems - diarrhea, reflux, colonic polyps, h-pylori infection. This lovely doctor has solved all of my problems, and I am finally able to stop my last medication! She listens well, and gives perfectly understandable explanations.

Insanely Long Wait Time
I had to wait over two hours and the appointment lasted only ten minutes. There was no physical examination and answers to my questions were very rushed. I didn't get to ask all the questions I was concerned about.

Thorough and knowledgeable Gastroenterologist

Phenomenal Gastroenterologist
