Dr. Fejzo is very professional and has excellent bed side manners. He takes his time in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan in layman's terms. He always answers all my questions and addresses my concerns. I highly recommend him and always have!

NYU referral service said that he accepts my insurance, scheduled an appointment for me 10:15 am at his office on Broadway. I took off work, got there early, completed forms. Then Ashmini told me that doesn't accept my insurance at that location and gave me a slip of paper with two different locations on it and told me to try them. She's unhelpful, uncaring and nonchalant. Didn't try to help me reschedule at the other locale with Dr or even confirm that he does in fact accept my insurance there.
