Dr. Federico Azpurua, MD

Dr Azpurua cares about his patients and he listens. He took his time. I recommend him for anyone who is looking for a cardiologist

Dr Azpurua and Harold Np and his staff were amazing. I was greeted by friendly staff, and the back was pleasant. I would recommend the services of Dr Azpurua. He cares about his patients. The visit didn't feel rushed

Had heart attack. Dr. Azpadua put in a stint. Had appointment by telephone/ visual as followup. Performed sonogram on heart in April 2022. Had appointment but was canceled and rescheduled due to Dr being out of town. Next one, he was on call. Next, in some kind of meeting. Ect, etc. Currently, have an appointment with a different cardiologist in August. Really liked the Dr. when I saw in hospital. Has really good bedside manners and puts you at ease! Getting an appointment, not so good!

Dr. Implanted pacemaker first part of March and I haven’t seen him since! Notified office of concerns and they do not call back? Looking for another Dr.

Dr. Azpurua was thorough in treatment and advise after my quadruple bypass surgery. He inspires confidence when you're scared, changes or adds meds as needs arise and he takes time to explain. He's great!!

Dr Azpurua is a wonderful doctor. However, the only method of seeing him appears to be on emergency basis in the hospital. In the last 13 months I have had several appointments scheduled. But 2-3 days before the appointments they call and reschedule. It is not pleasant going a year without seeing my cardiologist. Fortunately I have been able to see another excellent cardiologist in Houston, 4 times during the same period. Now I have my medical records scattered across multiple doctors in different cities. I would prefer to stay local with Dr Azpurua.

I have found Dr. Azpurua to be a physician who listens and gets to the bottom of the problem.

I believe that Dr Azpurua is an excellent and caring doctor. He always takes time with you to address your concerns and lets you know what to take care of as far as ldl, hdl, and bp and exercise and diet are concerned. He gives you confidence that you are doing all the right things. He assures one that he is only a phone call away if needed. That means a lot to a person. I would recommend him to others. Dr. Azpurura was my husband's cardiologist when he was in the hospital. I appreciate the way he communicated with us, he was very thorough. I like the care and attention he gave my husband. When I needed a cardiologist of my own, I went to Dr. Azpurura. He was excellent with my treatment as well.
