Dr. Faye Rao, MD

Dr. Faye Rao is a very sincere and dedicated physician. She is very thorough and professional physician. We transferred our treatment from an Orlando based cardiologist, and are very pleased with the treatment we receive from Dr. Rao.

I have been with them for over six year. Everyone there have always been so kind and considerate. You can definitely tell they all are genuine in their care of patients. I would give 100 stars if it were a option

I’ve been with Dr. Faye Rao for almost 10 years and she has always treated me with with great respect while expertly assessing my condition and treating it. She not only marks you feel at ease but she makes you feel like family. She truly cares about her patients and it’s shows.

First class from when you walk into the office. Sign in staff were extremely upbeat, friendly and efficient. Nursing staff very professional and caring. Dr Fay was excellent. This was my very first visit and she listened to all of my issues and concerns. Seems VERY knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain all my questions. New to the area and having had another cardiologist for 35 years I was a bit apprehensive but as soon as she walked in and asked me about myself and my cardiac history I felt like this is where I needed to be..she listened to me and then she also shared her background in cardiology which I appreciated. I might add the office personnel are so friendly and helpful. Very glad I found Dr. Rao !

Explain to Dr. Faye that I just moved here from Houston. Texas lived there since 1976. Was very used to my doctors in Houston as Houston has very good technology. Proceeded to go over all of my medical history, PTSD, anxiety, fathers, heart condition, etc. at the end she pointed to her self appointed to me and said this is not gonna work. I said excuse me in shock she said I can’t see you I can’t help you. Still in shock. Excuse me I can’t see you I can’t help you you need to leave. I said, can I ask why she said because “ I am not a Houston doctor“. I was completely shocked. I had never in my life been treated by a professional this way, and surely not ever by any of my “Houston” doctors. As I was leaving one of her staff try to console me Dr Faye Rao responded. Leave her alone she will be fine and told me to just leave. I have never in my life been treated by a doctor this way. Then 3 days later I get some of my medical records FedEx back to me excluding the ones from my cardiologist! She should be there to help others not for the $$$. Her office staff is great! I will pray for her. God Bless

I was very impressed with the office staff and Dr. Faye Rao. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office was clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. Dr. FayeRao is one the smartest and respectful doctors I have been treated by. And I’m in my 50s! So that’s a lot of doctors. She took the time to listen, did not push ?? meds on me right away, but recommended some tests. She has many years of education and training. She is intelligent , knowledgeable, personable, and kind. I left her office feeling cared for, respected, and listened to. I’m looking forward to getting my test results back and being treated for my health issues by her.
