She believes in preventative medicine

Nice Dr. & lovely staff. Dr. Montegrande said to eat homemade sauerkraut! (E.g. not the pasteurized kind) - she believes in eating healthy and regular exercise to prevent health problems.

This is the worst doctor experience I've ever had. I wish I had done better research before I blindly chose her. I had a torn ligament or some ailment in my knee from riding my bike uphill. She never helped the problem, only told me to lose weight. I once waited over an hour for an appointment. The last time I saw her she literally said "I don't know how I got all you people...Obamacare passes and now I have all of you." She always made me feel like a nuisance she was saddled with. Horrible.

I'm really disappointed with this office. Not only was doctor Montegrande over an hour and half late for my appointment I've had a nightmare for the last 4 months trying to get the office to correct a simple mistake and they've not done it. I've called and emailed 5 times and it still hasn't been sorted. This is incredibly frustrating so I will not be coming here again.

Usually a long wait, not sure Dr. Montegrande remembers my conditions, doesn't keep track of medications, referral services sub par.
