Excellent doctor, and nurse practitioners. Office staff very friendly, and helpful too.

Everything is good, the doctor and all his staff, I have long time attending there, and never had problems.

Dr De la Cruz takes his time with patients hearing their concerns and always explains options well.

Doctor is great, front office is an absolute mess. I been trying to speak to the doctor and get my results for over 2 weeks for an urgent matter. Going to see another doctor I can't risk my health with a unorganized office.

4 of us been with Dr De La Cruz for years. Never has any issue

Dr. de la Cruz was my GP for 15 years, but on February 19/21 Dr. de la Cruz prescribed Naproxen 500 for me, but he knew that I was taking Plavix and that I was allergic to aspirin, I only took one Naproxen pill and that caused me an internal bleeding that my hemoglobin dropped from 12 to 5 in the ER they gave me a blood transfusion, that blood loss caused me a chronic anemia that I lost all my strength and 3 months later I still have not recovered it . Dr. de la Cruz called me when he was in the rehab center to apologize for the mistake he had made with me. I told Dr. de la Cruz that his apology did not restore my strength. Due to his mistake I have become a dependent person since I cannot take care of myself in many things such as transferring to bed or toilet

I had a 1:00 appointment and wasn't seen until 5:30 by Dr. De la Cruz. I have been a patient of Dr. De la Cruz for several years and this was the first and only time I was able to be seen by my doctor. He was in a major rush to get me out of the door as soon as possible so he could move onto the next thing. All they care about is jamming in as many patients in a single day as possible so they can make as much money as possible. AWFUL experience. The nurse had a terrible attitude and gets annoyed at the most basic questions. Results from bloodwork are not put in the portal even if results are normal, so learning results is like solving a mystery. I am in the process of finding a new doctor that actually cares about patients. AVOID THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. De La Cruz is never available. One chooses a doctors office based on their credentials. All you can see is Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. You have to make a special appointment to see him. Unfortunately making an appointment is not much help as you are left in a waiting room filled to capacity with everyone fighting to meet the mythical unicorn.

I have seen Dr. Delacruz and his physician assistants and they have made me feel comfortable and helped me even in the wee hours of the day. I would not switch this office!

Great doctor who really listens and takes the time to understand why you are there and what you need. Allows you to take the time to ask as many questions as you need to and get all the answers. This individualized attention is unusual in this day and time.This is a very busy practice and the only downside is the wait times once you get into the office.

If you want to ever see the actual doctor you have to wait at least approx 3 1/2 hours in his office with an appointment before he sees you. Then, its always poor quality regardless. He relies on his associates too much. He could be assigned to you but you get lucky if you see him once in 3 yrs because he is never avail. Makes you wonder...
