Hello Dr. Aziz I visited your clinic on December 7 for routine check up and I was excited to have a new doctor until I received a bill for $181. 64 for blood work which is normally $30 to $40 maximum from my pocket . You did extra bloodwork that not covered under my plan without Discussing it with me I tried to work this out with your manager office but wasn't helpful would you please help me to correct this. Thank you

Dr. Fatima Aziz-Ashraf was my family doctor for a while in WV. She was great and I wish she would come back!! She saved me from shingles and many other things. She is an excellent diagnostician! I wish I were closer to her practice now!
