unprofessional
Dr Farrokh and his staff were very unprofessional. I had to wait to be seen for 45 minutes and then had to wait another 15 minutes in the room. Dr F seemed preoccupied and I didnt feel like I had his full attention during my visit. On top of a terrible in-office experience, I was billed in error and had to fight with the insurance company to get everything straightened out. Fair to say that I will not be seeing Dr F again and will find a new local provider.

Love how they care for patients!
My Aunt has been a regular patient with the doctor for over 6 years. Seeing how she has been cared for, I have to say, I love how they run their business and Medical Practice. Very professional and friendly. I have transitioned my whole family over.

Not worth it
Horrible Dr. Rude individual. Inconsiderate to patients. FRONT DESK RUNS THE OFFICE. Avoid him at all costs if you care about your health, time, and money. LIKE only the ONE-STAR reviews. I accidentally liked the other one, and it didn't allow me to reverse it, or take away my LIKE. Be mindful! Quality ranks in the negatives. Personable ranks in the dumps. Humanity is non existant. Best to convey your feedback on line. Because they are not about healing. Only care about generating cash flow. The best way to fight is to cut off the money.

Dr. Alemzadeh is an amazing doctor! It helps that he is also Persian and speaks Farsi during my appointments. He is very kind and has excellent bedside manner. He is also very helpful with my mental health as well and has given me medication to help my mental illness.

He was my primary care doctor for a couple years. He never had any empathy when I'd go in for visits. He also often referred me to equally apathetic doctors. Often asked me to tell him what I need prescribed or what referrals I needed rather than listening to the problem as a whole. The final straw was when he mismedicated me and then went missing (never returning calls when I has having a poor reaction to the medication). I ended up in urgent care. My new GP pointed out things in my blood work

I went to his office to get consult about pneumonia vaccine, before he visits me her nurse came and shot me the pneumonia vaccine. After 10 min Dr. came and told me you have to pay $80 because your insurance is not covered under 65 years old pneumonia shot. I told him I wanted aske you is it necessary for me because I was in touch with a patient or not and before injection you should let me know about coverage , I don't have any money. Dr got angry and told me; chage your doctor. It is not a doc
