She really takes the time to hear how you're doing and answer all questions. Super long wait time, however, and was quick to recommend anti-anxiety/anti-depressants which I was disappointed with.

Very average bedside manner. Prior to some issues we had I would have given her 2-3 stars. Just felt like it was more about seeing a high volume of patients versus being a care giver. During our pregnancy issues her ability to handle the situation with empathy and timelines was pathetic at best. After our surgery she went MIA and wouldn't respond to nursing pages. Even the charge nurse was apologetic for the unprofessionalism.

Very disappointing and frustrating ~ Not responsive to her patients' messages. I'm still awaiting a return call after leaving numerous messages. I am now looking for another provider, in order to get the medical attention I greatly need.
