excellent manners, intelligent, caring and professional are some of the qualities that Dr Ramos has. there is no hesitation in my more than 5 years as her Patient that I will keep coming back to her and bring more family and friends to join her practice. there is NO other doctor, functional internist, like Dr Ramos.

I recently had my initial visit with Dr. Ramos for a physical and recent health concerns. I felt she was very professional and thorough. My family's medical history, my medical history and my health concerns were discussed in detail. I am confident Dr. Ramos is covering all the bass to ensure I have a complete physical. I had two appts so far and the wait time was very minimal.

This was one of the worst doctor experiences I have ever had! This doctor was my Primary physician who I had seen sever times. The communication with this office is impossible, you can not all and speak to anyone in the office. All calls including emergencies must go through an answering service. They take a message and promise to pass the message to the doctor. The doctor never called! Sometimes 2-3 days later an assistant would call and have to relay messages back and forth from the doctor. The doctor never got on the phone. I had a very serious leg issue that lingered for 6 weeks, the doctor refused to send me for blood work or any other remedial treatment. My issue got worse and the doctor NEVER CALLED ME BACK OR SUGGESTED ALTERNATE TREATMENT. I was forced to go to Memorial Reginal Hospital for emergency treatment. DR. RAMOS TREATMENT OF MY ISSUE BORDERS ON MALPRACTICE!!!

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Ramos decisions and that's why I consider her a very reliable and trustworthy doctor.

I felt this office was very inconsiderate of my time and needs. After months of feeling “off”, I decided that I should get a physical despite the pandemic in case something is wrong. I have two small children and want to ensure I do everything in my power to make sure I’m there for them. After waiting weeks for my appointment, completing all the paperwork asked of me, hiring a babysitter and fasting for 6 hours, I arrive at my appointment only to be refused to be seen. They said they called me the day before but my voicemail was full. Still, they felt no need to try me again or email me, even though I had emailed them hours before my appointment. Knowing they didn’t reach me the day prior, why wouldn’t they at least respond to my email? Clearly they didn’t care enough to make any more than one single attempt to reach me and let me know what was going on. After rejecting me at the door they said I’ll have to wait at least another month. I can’t help but feel abandoned and disregarded:/

I SEE THAT RAMOS HAS VERY LOW RATES ALREADY AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR AND THEIR STAFF. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES !! They are not responsible with tests samples provided to them. RAMOS STAFF LOST MY URINE SAMPLES TWICE AND WHEN GETTING MY BLOOD SAMPLE FOR TESTING, THEY FORGOT TO PERFORM ONE OF THE TESTS NOW, RAMOS WANTS ME TO SCHEDULE SEVERAL VISITS ($$$$$) TO REVIEW THE TESTS SEPARATELY WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN REVIEWED ALL AT ONCE. THEY PRESENTED NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY LOST MY SAMPLES AND WHY THEY DID NOT PERFORM THE NECESSARY BLOOD TESTS ACCORDINGLY They are dealing with human lives and this is just extremely unprofessional

Awesome Dr. always makes me feel comfortable and addresses all my concerns and she ensures all basis are covered with all my issues she always given me the best medicinal advice to date. Her staff is amazing as well. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ramos and staff

I have seen Dr Ramos twice now. She’s always been very knowledgeable, helpful and has explained everything clearly. Appointments have always ran on time. No complaints here!

I am beyond thankful I found Dr. Ramos. Every other doctor's office I walk in- tells me "you're young and healthy." I may be younger but I know I'm not healthy. Dr. Ramos actually listens and hears me. She made a plan for how to figure out what is causing my issues. Dr. Ramos integrates Functional Medicine because she understands the body as a whole. I highly recommend her!

This clinic made an absolute disaster of my visit (was not able to perform the procedure I needed after I called in advance to check that they could), billed my insurance wrong (and left me liable for $180 I should not have had to pay), AND sent me to collections before I ever received a bill from them (for a charge I did not know I had incurred. I do not recommend going to this office! It's a mess!

Great experience! About 5 mins wait in the waiting area, She saw me right away once I got in the operatory . She is most patient and very knowledgeable. She listened to all of my concerns and answered all of m questions. Defiantly recommend for you an your family./

Appointments usually run on time, thorough, felt like she was listening to me when I was discussing my issues. Overall a great experience.
