HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Dr Raslan was very caring. Listened to me and explained things in very understandable way. His bedside manner was excellent. He performed back injections for me and was very attentive to my status as the procedure progressed. I was fortunate to find him. The office staff was also very pleasant to deal with.

Terrible
The receptionist was horrible. She was yelling and argumentative. She literally called us liars and claimed she called several times. No one here has any professional manners. My husband was being seen for a work related injury and they treated him terribly. This doctor and his receptionist is a joke. After she yelled at us calling us liars , she called a different patient my husbands name. She didn't even know who she was claiming to call. Beware if you are sent here through the bwc.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. I walked in the office and the receptionist was asleep at her desk. I was there for two hours due to over booking. I spent alot of time filling out my medical history on there portal. I had my Rhematotogist send over all my records and x-rays. The doctor never received my file and had no idea why I was there. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him.. He was very rude and short with me. He had no professional manners. I have several Autoimmune diseases and it was recommended that I see this Dr by my Rheumatologist. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.TO ANYONE!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Raslan"s for the past five years. After reading my recent MRI Dr. Raslan recommended a caudal block. I have been able to sleep through the night for the first time in six months without back and leg pain. His diagnosis and treatment rates five stars in my book. Tim Greene in Olmsted Falls, Ohio

It is his opinion, not your condition that matters! If you seek help, do not see him!

This Dr. Is very inconsiderate, rude, condescending & stereotypes you as a drug seeker before hearing why you are there. I was recommended by an Orthopedic, Neurologist & my Primary, to get epidurauls in my neck due to MRI & EMG reports, pinched nerves, nerve damage, & disc protrusion & tear in shoulder. I NEVER asked or wanted any pain meds. He did not listen. I ONLY went because epidural was strongly advised. He was VERY RUDE & speaks over you. says I didn't need them, go to shoulder specialist
