I am compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Khan, hoping to inform potential patients. After multiple appointments and tests to address cardiological issues, I was left with no substantial guidance or treatment plan. Each visit was marred by excessive wait times, often over an hour, before being met with a dismissive approach. The advice to "drink more water," in light of serious health concerns, felt not only inadequate but also negligent. It's distressing to witness a healthcare professional's apparent indifference to patient care and a reliance on superficial solutions. The lack of effort to delve deeper into my symptoms or to provide a meaningful treatment path suggests a concerning level of mediocrity and a disservice to the patient's trust and health. This experience has led me to question the commitment to genuine patient welfare within this practice, prompting me to advise others to seek care that is both compassionate and thorough.

She rarely arrives before 11, and I was basically told to wait untill she arrived to get her read on results... then asked to rescedule. Very distracted demeanor. I heard patients angry in the office and one angry phone call. Its mostly boutique beauty practices. Not for the regular heart patient.

Great doctor but need administrative improvement
The doctor is very nice, friendly and competent but the clinic coordination is terrible. They would just cram in appointments but then make you wait at the clinic for hours beyond your scheduled time. You are just sitting in the waiting room with no updates communicated to you. Also, post-appointment, I tried to contact them multiple times to follow up and every time they would say "we would get the doctor to call you back", never happened! My advise to them would be to book a follow up appointment for the patient very close to the original appointment date so they are not restricted by the scheduled getting filled up. In my case, my follow up was a month after my testing! (which is odd given all procedures are performed in-house) Overall, a disappointing experience from a coordination perspective but do appreciate the thoroughness of the doctor's evaluation and her compassionate care.
