Dr. Fannie Su, MD

Dr. Fannie Su is an Excellent Allergy doctor. She is very thorough, a good listener, gives good instructions & advice. I am Grateful to have her as my doctor. She is a Very busy doctor but never makes me feel rushed. Her office receptionists are very nice & I never have any problems with referrals being sent for procedures! Exceptional Service!!

Dr Su is very detailed and makes her patients feel that they are her completely focused concern. I am privileged to be in her care.

She is very thorough and thoughtful. She gets right down to business and waste no time. I felt like she listened to me and was heard!

Fannie Su stands far above the normal physician. She is highly skilled yes but in addition to that she takes extraordinary care of me as a human being. She listens to me and interacts with me in a way that is not often found. Having so many complexities I depend on her to guide me through the maze that my medical life has become. She does not stop with an assumption, she makes sure she tracks down the right answer and follows up to see that the solution works.I have not words to express how important she is and how honored I am to have her as my physician. Just the best.

I had the opportunity to visit Dr. Su several times to discuss my immune system and allergy issues. The experience was enlightening, and I was thoroughly impressed with the expertise and knowledge displayed by Dr. Su. From the moment I entered the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease, as the staff was friendly and efficient in handling all tasks. took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and medical history, and ensuring a thorough understanding of my specific situation.

Dr. Su is a good doctor. Bad experiences with the nurses who administer the shots. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Allergy & Asthma Medical Group of the Bay Area, Brentwood CA. I get my allergy shots every six weeks. The last shot I took was in March 2021, so I went today to get my allergy shot and was told by a nurse that my serum expired in March. "I asked her why didn't anyone let me know when I was there in March, in regards to my serum being expired?" Her response is "sorry". Also, I received an email on my chart stating that I spoke with my doctor today via telephone, but I didn't speak with her at all. One other issue, At the Brentwood, CA the nurses end up reminding certain patients, when it's time to set up an appointment for a shot review with the doctor. If I didn't ask one of the nurses when I need to make an appointment for a shot review, I would've never known that, I was supposed have a shot review with my doctor six months ago.

I didn’t realize I was being set up to have desensitizing shots or I wouldn’t have gone. I’ve had allergy shots many l in my childhood/teens. Went through at least 5/6 of allergy shots and none worked. When I explained that to Dr she said quietly to her PA, “well how do I make my money”. I AM NOT A DOLLAR BILL!! And I would not recommend thisWoman to anyone for anything
