Dr. Faith Frankel, MD

If you choose her be ready to figure out your own needs and care. Office staff very weak on people skills. Young nurse is barely tolerable to deal with. This practice leaves you wanting so much more.

The Dr. seems nice enough but good luck getting the staff to do anything in a timely manner. I waited 6 weeks to get a prescription approved (which never happened)...Insurance said they would approve but required specific paperwork. Insurance actually called me multiple times with updates! They reported that the staff did not fill out the paperwork correctly. On one of the calls that insurance made on my behalf, her staff told them "I was not a priority". Eventually, they never did complete the paperwork correctly and told me they were no longer going to pursue the approval. I got a detailed letter from Costco Health Solutions outlining everything they did wrong. I even attempted to call the Dr. in case she was not aware of the issue. No return call. I cannot recommend them.

I would NEVER recommend her. I went to her with horrible pain & fever. She was going to send me home with a prescription for pain and said to go get a blood test. My husband told her, he was taking me to the hospital, in which she said fine. I was admitted with diverticulosis and had emergency surgery within minutes of entering the hospital. They had told me that if I had gone home, as was told by her, I may have died. NOT ONCE, did I receive a call of concern from her office. I had been going to her since she had opened her office. This was in 2018 but felt the need to let people know of my experience. I’m not one to write things like this but felt I needed to.

Dr. Frankel is a nice enough lady and it seems she listens to concerns and is interested in having a dialogue with you. However, she did not practice county guidelines during a global pandemic for mask requirements ( zero people in the office were masked ) nor did she provide any real detail to explain lab results other than 'everything is normal' despite several readings being not normal...

I like Dr. Frankel. She has always solved or referred my problem efficiently and effectively. Her staff are nice and know what they are doing.

Dr. Frankel has always taken excellent care of me and my family. When I was pregnant and she was not taking new patients, she went ahead and accepted my significant other (my child’s father) in order to keep our family together in our medical care. She often gets me on last minute if something goes wrong even though I know her day is super busy. Thanks Dr. Frankel! Dr.HM

There isn't anything special about this office. Dr. Frankel is kind and does what is needed to do, but never seems to explain things very well; over all bland. I get what is needed and get out of there. One of the front desk staff always seems to have an attitude, as if helping you is the last thing she wants to do. Very off putting and annoying to be around. Rude every time I call about anything. The other front desk is very nice. Over all, nothing amazing, but still good.
