Dr. Andrews is a fine physician. The staff is deficient. Will not answer phone, no VM, no email, dinky patient portal. Must stop by to make appt. Must pay copay when signing in then wait for hours. I walked out and just left the $20 today. Often send the wrong Rx to the wrong pharmacy. They wait months to file ins then gross-up the charges for services never provided.

Dr. Andrews has been my primary care physician for 15 years and I love her! She's thorough, caring, and on-point. I trust her with my life and would recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch medical care!

Dose not respond well to pharmacy request for prescription refills. Almost always has to be called, sometimes twice. Difficult to get 90 day supply with enough refills for a year, even though been on same meds for YEARS. Tries to get extra office visits in when not needed.
