Dr. Fadi Alfayoumi, MD

This office is constantly and purposefully overbooked for financial gain! Waiting time is at least 3 hours after appointment time. When the Dr. does come in to see the patient he already has one foot out the door because he is rushing and spends 3 minutes (if even at that) assessing the patient… it should go back to to quality visits not Quantity!

Nurse Stacy was exceptional today in my stress test today. She was very professional as she thoroughly explained each procedure. She was friendly and attentive as she eased my worries. Thank you Stacy for your outstanding care.

This experience has been very unsettling as a patient. I’ve been dealing with this office for a year now and multiple problems persist. Consistently given no information/ vague consultation during appointments from Dr. Fadi. The staff has never once called me back when needing questions answered about prescribed medications or appointment overviews. Whenever trying to get someone to listen to anything of concern all your ever told is “he’s a specialist”. Also I constantly have a emergency refill situation on my prescriptions because they never fill the prescriptions or get in touch with the pharmacy to fill/approve prescriptions. Its always been a frantic game of questions to try to get your health information WHEN someone will speak with you. This experience has been very disheartening and given us much anxiety about this particular healthcare system and medical provider in South Texas and I would recommend if you are fortunate enough to have options to go elsewhere, I urge you please do. Do it for you and your families piece of mind.

Was getting a follow up on Stent done in Billings MT. Amazed at how quickly I got appointment. I live 1800 miles north of here but Dr Fadi is going to be my cardiologist since I live here 6 months. He was very thorough and explained everything I need to do. He answered every question I had. He also did EKG since I have a pacemaker and I have follow up for lab work and echocardiogram. I am very impressed with the care I received. The staff at check in were very professional and helpful. The MA's were also excellent. The waiting room was full but a lot of that was due to aides for patients who were in wheelchairs or walkers. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Fadi.

Annual follow up with Dr. Fadi and was given the green light to continue to live my active life. All my testing came back great and the medication seems to have consistently controlled my A-Fib. Just this week I was admitted into the ER with chest pains but found out it was due to shingles. Dr. Fadi reviewed my blood work up and EKGs and was able to confirm it was not my heart. Great doctor.

Service was good. Doctor was courteous. I was in and out in less than an hour. They spent about 10 minutes all together with me. The other 50 minutes was waiting time. I’m not complaining. However, the waiting room was filled to capacity (about 30 patients). Not good with the pandemic. If they spent 10 minutes with me and there were 30 patients, seems like some people are in for a long wait, unnecessarily.

Dr. Alfayoumi finds the time to take the best care of his patients. My personal experience had been and most recently the best anyone could ask for. Attention to details and advise on what and who I needed to follow up with was excellent. Even his personal follow up afterwards has been excellent. Thanks Doc.

Everything was fine

I had always trusted Dr. Alfayoumi with my dad’s health and saw it again with me now that I am a patient. The technician who performed my ekg was not friendly and needs to show compassion towards the patients. We may not show it but most of us are worried about our outcome of our visit.

I wish I would have had someone like him in my Medical Squadron that I commanded when I was in the German Air Force. I naturally fully trust his judgement. His staff is outstanding, very polite and very helpful.’
