Hidden Office
I was told the office was right across the street from the hospitalThe office is in fact on the other side of 41 a major N. South Rd.It is hidden and what appears to be an apartment complex that has been turned into an office complex. It’s at the far end of the complex in the parking lot and not wellMarkedDuring the time that I was searching for the address, I attempted to call prior to my appointment to ask for directions and tell them I was going to be late and received a message the office was closed during 12-1When I presented myself at reception was told I was too late at 12:55For the 1 pm slot ?????I would have to reschedule ?When I called to reschedule was put on hold for 15 minutes

DR RAMOS: POOR PERFORMANCE and refused to see me
Went to Dr Ramos for a spinal problem that I had for years. He suggested a RADIO FREQUENCY ABLATION procedure,That totally FAILED AND NOW AFTER A 2ND OPINION I Discovered he may have caused PERMANENT DAMAGE TO MY SPINE.Now the pain is worse than ever!I don't trust his expertise in his field.Caution future patients.Always get a 2nd or 3rd option before allowing drs to mess with burning nerves to stop pain. It doesn't work.THEY ALSO tried to bill me for a no show this was their error. My opinion; Dr Ramos has so many patients he refused to meet me after the ABLATION PROCEDURE he will only let you see his assistant,I want a DrWho's willing to admit his mistakes.

Dr Ramos is Amazing! Very attentive and caring.
Dr Ramos and his staff were very professional but also kind and caring. At my initial visit, they were thorough in diagnosing my back pain issues. Additionally, Dr. Ramos discussed what procedure he would be doing and what results I could expect. I would highly recommend him and his staff at the Ramos Center.

A compassionate anesthesiologist
Dr. Ramos is a soft spoken Doctor, I am 100 % comfortable with every procedure he does for me. And l always get excellent pain relief. I have been able to forego surgery because of the high quality of pain management he provides. If you need a pain Doctor, any of the highly trained Doctors at The Ramos Center will be there to help you.

From the beginning, my journey to become one of Dr. Ramos' patients was fateful! At another appointment inEllenton, a gentleman passed by me and I saw the logo of the Ramos Center on his shirt and stopped him to find out more info. His name is Kevin Perez and he works in Marketing at the Center. He gave me a business card with the necessary info and I called the next day. Within three days the Center called and set up an appt. I saw Danny who indeed was very thorough, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I had an MRI at the end of that week with the results the next week. I went in for my 1st procedure on 8/5 and 2nd on 8/19. Thank you so much to Dr. Ramos and his extraordinary y explained the entire procedure each and very time. My circle of angels: Fabian Ramos, Danny, Keila, Sallie, Dan, Melissa as well as the reception staff! One of my nurses even walked the parking lot to find my ride!! So very grateful to all of you especially in these uncertain times; precautions regulated

I had an appointment at 3:15 and was not taken into the consultation room until 6:00 pm. An aide came in to ask me questions. and 25 minutes later Dr. Ramos and a colleague came in and starting explaining how I needed a pain injection which would require anesthesia. No exam, no exrays, He just seemed in a hurry to get the appointment set. I called the next day after talking to my general practitioner and canceled all appoints with Ramos Center. I had a bad feeling about the center after waiting 3 hours for my consultation with no explanation. Now I am being billed $100 for NSPRO No Show Procedure

Dr Ramos is very compassionate. They are really working with me to resolve my pain. They don’t just load you up on pain meds that happened to me elsewhere. They respected that I was not interested in high doses of drugs. Highly recommend Dr. Ramos!!

I went to Dr. Ramos in excruciating pain in my back. I have 3 herniated and bulging discs. I was seen by a nurse practitioner. I explained my symptoms and she pinpointed the areas of pain. I was scheduled for a shot 2 weeks later. The doctor that gave me the shot, Dr. Grace, never asked me where my pain was. He just decided he knew best and gave me 2 shots into my joints, no where near the area where I hurt. Now I hurt even more. I called the office to talk to the NP never got a call back.

After being a patient for several years and trying all types of medications including needles under sedation I was placed on 15mg of oxcodone 4 times a day until one lovely day out of the blue he took me cold turkey off and offered me 10mg once a day. Take an aspirin, 8 weeks later I suffered a major heart attack

I have found Dr. Ramos to be a very caring and compassionate doctor. He has helped me with my chronic pain in ways that my prior pain doctor did not for 17 years. I am very excited to continue my treatment with Dr. Ramos and hoping for a better quality of life!

I love coming to The Ramos Center. They don’t just give us medicine and send you on your way. I see Dr. Danny, and he always tries to get to the root of the problem. If there’s any questions/concerns I have, he listens and answers them to the best of his ability. I also love the women at the front desk (Nacari, Katelyn, and Shelless). They’re always smiling and laughing. Never in a bad mood, and they make me feel welcomed! It’s always great customer service with them. It’s like 1 big family!

Thank you so much for the care and compassion I received at your office. From the moment I walked thru the door your office was kind and friendly. I was very nervous and Celest, the woman at the front desk was so nice. I was sent to the back to have an IV and Sally did it without hurting me. Andrew took me into the room and George put me to sleep. Everyone was very kind and compassionate. I went home with very little pain and it got better as a couple of days went by. Thank you so much.
