Dr Porat did my Coronary Artery Bypass surgery 3 years ago. He was very thorough. He explained what’s going to happen in detail in easy to understand terms. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Been meaning to write this for a long time as I am so grateful for his expertise. He is admired by the nurses and staff I met who would not hesitate to use him either.

The Best of the Best!
Dr. Porat performed valve replacement and aneurysm repair on me 18 days go and I couldn’t have had a better Surgeon. The way he explained the surgery to me and full communication was above what I expected. I was told that he sat with me after surgery for an hour or 2 just watching me while I was in recovery before i was put in ICU. This showed me how much he actually cared about me, his patient. He came by every day and sometimes 2 or 3 times per day to check in on me. I highly recommend him for any open heart surgery.

Dr. Porat has a rare combination of extraordinary technical skills combined with a very easy going bedside manner. He recently completed a successful double bypass on me, and made me comfortable pre-surgery, and was very attentive post surgery. He is extremely conscientious and is able to explain technical aspects in a very easy to understand manner. I was extremely comfortable and confident knowing that I was in competent hands during his care.

Dr. Porat is a top-notch physician. He performed surgery on my 74 year old mother - quadruple bypass. He is very understanding and has excellent bedside and communication skills. He listens and reassures as much as he honestly can. I highly recommend him!

EXCELLENT SURGEON HE SAVED MY HUSBANDS LIFE! MY HUSBAND HAD A TORN AORTA AND HE SUCCESSFULLY REPLACED IT. HE ALSO REPAIRED THE TORN AORTIC VALVE. I THANK GOD FOR DR. PORAT.

I had 2 previus heart surgerys, one performed by Dr Denton Cooley and the second one by the equipment of Dr. DeBakey The third one by Dr. Porat. THE BEST DOCTOR
