Dr. Krotova and her team took care of my grandmother while she was in the hospital. The compassion and care that was provided was truly extraordinary. She and her colleagues made what would have been an otherwise traumatic for all, a tolerable and bittersweet experience. I will never forget them.

I am writing this review as a professional colleague who worked with Dr. Krotova for 2 years. I was shocked and disheartened to see the one review posted as I can not believe it accurately reflects her care. I have been part of many encounters with her and she is professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would hope that other's who read these reviews do not base their choice of provider on one review.

Dr. Krotova is an exceptional palliative care physician. My dad was hospitalized last year, and not only did she help manage his pain, but she also reassured me and my sister and helped us understand what was going on. We felt very lucky to have her as part of the team that cared for dad.

Elderly mother in hospital . Refused to respond to my pleading for adequate pain control from bone pain due to cancer. When she finally answered severely undertreated the pain and nausea. She is a new doctor and if already this disinterested in her field of specialty needs to find a different profession . In addition there was not even a hint of attempt to help me deal with the enormous sadness and stress I was experiencing with this new diagnosis. I sat in the room and was totally ignored.
