Never again! Took my father for a follow up appt at Clarkson. First time I thought I missed him changing out the paper rolls on the seat. NOPE! Same thing a second time, not to mention that he wears his mask under his nose during a pandemic AND HES A DOCTOR! When I kindly mentioned to him that his mask may have slipped a little, he rudely responded that he’s probably the cleanest person in this building. My father had a recent heart procedure and has been fortunate enough to not have gotten COVID. First appointment was super rushed as if he didn’t want to be there. You need a bit of patience when you are dealing with an older patient who is experiencing PAIN

Dr Prospere is an all round wonderful individual. The concern he has shown to my medical needs is remarkable and the fact that he listens and engages makes my visits totally rewarding. His bedside manner deserves nothing less than 100%.
