Dr. Evelyn Rabindran, MD

I'm so happy she accepted me as a patient. She's been on top of things since my first visit, taking actions that other doctors should've taken years ago. There aren't really any words that can describe how grateful I am to be her patient. She is amazing!

I canceled an appointment since they scheduled it for 4 months after my last one. I didn't see the need in going back in 4 months. I canceled it on the web portal. I got an email from them saying I had a message on the portal. I tried to log in to read it and I was locked out. I called to ask why and they told me that I was no longer a patient because I wasn't satisfied with the health care. No calls or anything. Just dumped me flat out. I think this is really unprofessional and childish. Besides the last visit I had she rushed in and rushed out. My blood pressure was high and she said it was good.

We find Dr. Rabindren to be a caring and capable provider. She is intelligent and courteous; However, her current assistant is the extreme opposite of her, thus The doctor is not well represented by this employee who is always negative, rude, and difficult to communicate with. Her efforts to assist the doctor by blocking access to her and erroneously answering for her will encourage patients to seek another doctor with a more amicable reception and assistance by the assistant. Retrain or Replace
