Dr. Evelyn Lopez Brignoni, MD

The office is a complete mess - literally, stacks of papers and boxes everywhere, in every room. You have better chances seeing a unicorn in real life than receiving call back from either the Dr. or the office staff. I've needed forms for my pharmacy filled out for 2 months and they haven't. Even though the pharmacy has sent them the documents MULTIPLE times. During the actual visit the Dr. will spend the majority of the time telling stories about her personal life or family. I think I know more about her life than she does about me or my medical concerns. She will run over time telling her stories, which is probably why she's always late to appointments. She gave me a diagnosis on my first visit after only speaking to me for 20 min, which was nowhere near my previous diagnosis. I told her that a medicine does not react well with me, I needed the alternative, she literally told me "I've been doing this a long time" and refused to give me the alternative.

I will suggest looking somewhere else or look for a second opinion if you already saw her.

I've read other reviews about waiting too long, being unprofessional....my experience with her for my child was excellent - a very caring person who knows what she is talking about

SHE is the worst as a health care provider for mental health. Late. Never returns messages. Video calls are always with issues . Combs through the paperwork during the session.

Most unprofessional health provider experience I've ever had. The staff is unprofessional, takes days of calling and leaving voice messages to get an appointment. Once you've acquired an appointment, the scheduled time is never respected. She takes calls during your appointment, is disorganized, and seems more concerned about sharing personal anecdotes than listening to patients.

My name is Fadi Foqahaa and I have not visited yet, but my employee Mackendy Francois speaks highly of Dr. Brignoni such as very professional, respectful, understanding and life changing. As a business owner and a motivational speaker as well am convinced that with her assistance I will be the best in my line of work.

So unprofessional it is almost comical. She answers her phone during appointments. You will wait at least an hour to see her, sometimes more. Once my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge and the only reason I knew was that I called them to confirm it. I only go here because she is covered by my insurance. She also pushes certain medications on people for no reason.

Unique and better with each visit. Dr. Lopez Brignoni has real world experience dealing with issues that affect us all. She tends to ask a “Lot” of questions. Don’t lie or think too much and just be honest. Trust in her vetted method that sometimes uncovers madness. Regardless of your Diagnosis, She will treat you with Dignity and respect. Keep in mind that she’s an extremely competent Mental health proffesional. As long as you’re honest with her, Everything should work out fine. She will see through lies, Conjecture and hearsay. Be yourself and try your best to be honest regarding everything else. God Bless and good luck!
