Does not care about patients
Everyone saying Dr. Lilly rushes patients and does not listen to their concerns is spot on. She was condescending and talked down to me for not being a skin expert. I've been seeing dermatologists for most of my life and have yet to find a remedy for my issues. She misdiagnosed me which led to a denial for the request for a cream for my psoriasis and she did not even bother to contact me about next steps. Very disappointed.

One of the worst doctors I have met
I went to Dr Lilly to have a few spots looked at...referred by my PCP. The doctor obviously did not read my history or allergy list. She quickly dismissed the spot on my back and told me to use a specific wash. I ordered the wash only to find out it contains coconut. If she had read my history, she would have noticed I was allergic. I tried to ask a few questions, but Dr. Lilly could not get out of the room fast enough. I have never had a doctor rush through an appt as fast as Dr. Lilly did. After this terrible experience, I will be finding another dermatologist as I have very little faith in her diagnosis.

I read the reviews before my visit and didn't know what to expect. Dr Lilly was friendly, professional and, most important of all, she diagnosed my condition and provided me with a suitable remedy. I had been to two doctors who could not help, but she did. Take these low ratings with a grain of salt. The Dr Lilly I saw could not have been better. When she decided the course of action, she said, "Here's the plan. What do you think?" I liked the collaborative approach. I agreed with her approach, and it worked.

Dr. Lilly performs procedures without advising the patient that it is above and beyond the office visit fee. She is more interested in generating revenue for the hospital than reviewing the issues with you. Find a more dedicated and experienced Dermatologist.

Dr. Lilly seemed very rushed and answered my questions with haste, not taking the time to ensure my understanding. I left feeling under-served.

Follow up to review left in February 2017. My primary set me up with another dermatologist. The "abscess" that Dr. Lilly ignored was a sclerosed basal cell carsinoma. I had extensive Moh's surgery. The cancer was very deep and incision extended from outer eye to mid cheek. The surgeon was very concerned about nerve damage which thankfully I do not have. I would advise anyone not to see this MD
