Dr. Eveline Assad, MD

Terrible doctor. She should have retired a long time ago. She doesn’t care anymore about being a doctor. My quality of care was below subpar. She misread my uterine tissue lab results. I called to discuss results with her and she insisted the lab results said all clear! I had the same lab report in front of me and it clearly did not say that. She then said I guess we just don't agree on how to interpret the results. Are you kidding me? I quickly left her practice… my new GYN agreed that she misread the results and the tissue samples need to be repeated.

Absolutely terrible. The AtlantiCare staff is incredible and she doesn’t deserve to work alongside them. Starting with a new OBGYN can be intimidating and she is the last person I would ever expect to deal with women in need. Never again.

Completely unprofessional. Asked for a hysterectomy following history of abnormal pap smears, a previous LEEP to remove precancerous cells, ovarian cysts, and a fibroid tumor. She argued with me to the point that I had to ask her, "Why do YOU want ME to keep MY uterus?" DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR COPAY.

Dr. Assad is the most inconsiderate doctor I have ever been to. I only went to her because I needed to get my birth control refilled and my annual exam and my regular GYN had no appointments. She was rude and very short. She acted like I was just another number and not a patient. She kept pushing me for an IUD when I was not comfortable with making that decision without more information and she wouldn’t provide any. She was yelling at me during my internal to be more relaxed. I have endometriosis with lots of pelvic pain and she was not considerate of that. as a medical professional, I was so disappointed. Needless to say, I will NEVER see her again!!!!

To anyone who's reading this. Please do not make an appointment with Dr. Assad. I would've given zero stars if i could. She definitely does not know what she's talking about and blames you for being confused. This is my third pap smear and definitely the most uncomfortable pap smear ever and she got angry because I couldnt stay relaxed during this procedure. I felt rushed and she made me feel dumb about birth controls, but I definitely know something about medications because I work at a pharmacy.

Terrible! I was disconcerted with my visit? I only went to see her to interpret my test results. She could’t do that. She was arguing about the fact that thickening of the uterus was 5mm , not 6mm. Dr. Assad was in agreement after telling me I need glasses. Me, of all people. My husband is an eye doctor!

Dr. Assad not knowledge about the medication the patient is taking and questions why the medication is being taken if your getting yeast infection. I wanted to explain that’s the side effect of the drug. After getting an exam the next day my body was in chills and I feel like peeing all the time. Came for a annual visit came out being more sick. It appeared to her I was fine when she examined me. Would never recommend seeing this doctor, worst experience. Now I have to see another doctor.

Today was my first and LAST visit with Dr. Assad. I have never met a doctor who is so RUDE and unprofessional. I actually left my appointment crying today because of how insensitive she was. I was not surprised to see so many bad reviews written about her online. It actually amazes me that this woman even has a job. I will absolutely be switching providers after today's awful experience. Trust me, you do not want to schedule an appointment with her!

If I could give Dr. Assad 0 stars I would. I left the office and cried in my car for about 30 minutes. She was so rude to me, laughed at me, and refused to do a procedure she billed me for. She definitely is doing weird insurance fraud that I reported to my insurance company. I would never recommend anyone to go to her. She is outdated and has no idea what she is doing. As a medical student, I’m ashamed of the current healthcare situation in my hometown. She needs to be fired.

Dr,Assad has absolutely no bedside manner or compassion for women at all!! It was my 24yr.old daughter who had an abnormal pap and had to get a colposcope. My daughter was upset and instead of being nice and consoling her Dr.Assad was demeaning and made her feel horrible! I know of 2 girls who stop going to this practice because of her. This woman being a professional does not know how to talk to people, she didnt even answer any questions! A Dr. is meant to make you feel better not worse.

Dr. Assad is unprofessional. Her bedside manner is aweful. She cuts you off, she doesn't look at your chart and she makes you feel like you are interrupting her time. The only person I would recommend in this practice is Dr. Berdine. I have left the practice.
