I too had that extremely frustrating experience of FINALLY finding a GOOD dr., only to have her disappear without warning and NO expected return date! Searched for a good, CARING primary for my grown, special needs daughter for 3 years! Could tell Dr. Ane cared and if she didn't know an answer, she researched it and got back to us. Her disappearance left us to her associates. Disappointing/not listening/weird--associate dr. wanted to perform vaginal exam on daughter; no thanks! Seeing OB/GYN!

Dr. Ane herself was helpful, before she disappeared for a weight loss study with no warning for over a year with no end date in sight, leaving her patients to deal with her rude and incompetent staff. Regina the office manager needs to be fired- truly one of the most nasty people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Dr. Ane is a nice woman, but her staff has destroyed her practice in her absence. Also- it couldn't hurt to CLEAN once in awhile!
