Did NOT perform Mohs
I was referred to Bailey after a prelim diagnosis. The physician that referred me got back an unclear result on a questionable spot on my lip line and a positive result of basil cell on my forehead, the size of a BB, early detection. The office procedure for the forehead was SUPPOSED to be Mohs but he removed a chunk of my temple in one sitting, no layering and examining tissue as Mohs calls for and the second biopsy of my lip has resulted in a pea sized scar that looks like a permanent open fever blister! That result came back NEGATIVE! Worst. Physician. I’ve. EVER! Dealt. With!! He treated me as if I had no right to question him, “was I a physician”, he demanded when I asked why he took so much temple tissue and why he didn’t do a needle biopsy rather than remove a chunk of my lip with a scalpel! My face is forever scared by that man!

RUN!!
I was referred to Bailey for squamous cell on the bridge of my nose. His scheduler created a sense of urgency stating he had to work me in within 2 weeks. I was given a $50 shopping list to include 4x4 gauze pads & an ace bandage for a compression dressing. I advised I couldn't take epinephrine and the problems began. After some encouragement, they offered togive me Valium with the epinephrine but no one knew if it would counteract. A week later I asked for a consult prior to day of surgery so I could gather info on the forehead flap that it seemed he had predetermined. A female with his same last name called and berated me repeatedly. I told her that her confrontational attitude was causing me to be anxious. She was relentless. She agreed to a consult next day. I was content. Then the office manager called to terminate me stating that they thought I "would be happier elsewhere". I am so thankful for that blessing! Ended up with a fantastic surgeon, one cut and a bandaid

My experience with Dr Bailey is excellent. He diagnosed and removed squamous cell on my left shin two weeks ago.. he knew I was nervous and made me feel at ease.. I use him for my co2 fractional laser treatments. I completely trust his judgement and highly recommend him. He called me right in when the biopsy came back.

The entire staff at the Naaman clinic has been so accommodating and helpful. My husband has pretty severe "white coat shock", but he felt so cared for, understood, not put down, and helped by these kind folk. They went above and beyond to care for him, to communicate with him via phone and email, and to work him into their schedule at a moment's notice. Thank you, Naaman clinic! We highly recommend you!!!

Very knowledgable about all areas of medicine besides dermatology. Very smart! Have known him since high school where he was valedictorian. Love him as my dermatologist, friend and all around personality. He is very caring and concerned about his patients. Wish there were more younger doctors like him!!
