Dr. Pike has provided excellent care and treatment for my eye issues which include extreme nearsightedness, keratosis and astigmatism. He is professional, knowledgeable and answers all questions. The clinic staff does an excellent job as well. I highly recommend Dr. Pike and his team!

Dr Pike is the model of what the best possible physician should be. He is so knowledgeable and competent that I trust him implicitly, and I can say that of no other doctor I have had in all my seventy years. His bedside manner is perfect, his clinical skills are awesome, and he is simply the very best of the very best. This is saying a lot given that I entrust the incomparable gift of eyesight to this highly gifted ophthalmologist. They do not come any better than Dr. Pike; he obviously receives my highest off the chart recommendation. We are extremely fortunate that he is practicing in Peoria.

Very thorough examination. His explanation of his findings were easy to understand. His recommendations were understandable. He answered all of my questions and helped to form a plan .

Friendly staff. Somewhat forgetful as I was forgotten a couple times. Had cataract surgery o Munro here a secondary one has formed only a few weeks after. Was never told this could happen. Pushed to get glasses to use until the other cataract gets ‘too bad’ which is ludicrous as my vision is now worse than before surgery. Would not recommend il eye center unless you've got money to burn. Everything by was rushed but the wait time for your appointment.

Dr. Pike is outstanding in his field. His knowledge and skill helped me through an eye condition from beginning to successful healing. He provided both years of medical expertise, with a natural kindness to his patients. What a difference in my life he made.

Obviously competent. Personable. I felt very confident in his technical expertise and comfortable in my interactions with him.

After having shingles and nerve issues from it, I went for a checkup because I was seeing a floater on the same side that I was having the nerve issues. Eye issues are a concern with the shingles virus. He was helpful, but proceeded to doubt two doctors opinions about me having shingles, “you’re too young to have them. I don’t think that was the problem.” He also chastised me for coming in and not explaining my situation better to the nurse. I will go back to Illinois Eye Care but not to him!!!

If you need a pair of glasses, he's great. but I wanted to ask a question about blurry vision, wondering if it was related to my medication. Not knowing anything about my health issues, he suggested I take Tylenol instead of what my doctor prescribed, and exited the room as quickly as possible. Maybe there's a three-minute time limit on appointments? cha-ching!

Dr. Pike is a very skilled physician. I felt very confident in his care. He operated on me on two occasions for cataracts. Could not ask for better results. I would recommend him to anyone who is seeking eye care.
