Nightmare experience. The secretary was the nastiest , rudest person I have ever encountered. I showed up after booking on Online. She said no appointment came thru and to just get out. Horrible experience, if this is the kind of staff this doctor uses I’m glad I didn’t get to see him. Nightmare experience

Dr. Gaines is a very competent and skilled physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job in explaining his evaluation and all of the possible scenarios. Dr. Gaines takes the time to answer all questions and to explain treatment options.
